Now through a special arrangement with Duffy Homes and Edwards Communities, you can apply a substantial percentage of the rent that your pay at an Edwards Apartment Community towards the down payment on a new single-family home, or condominium home, from these quality Central Ohio Builders.

Each time you pay rent at any Edwards Apartment Community residence, you accumulate credits towards the purchase of a new Duffy or Edwards Communities home. Your credits accumulate at the rate of 20% of your rent for your first year, 25% for your second year and 30% for your third year.

Rental credits are limited to 3 years of occupancy and there are other rules and limitations that are covered in the Equity Accumulation Plan Certificate.
